All leagues and sessions are on hold while we are in lockdown – more details below
Friday 1st January – latest update from Netbusters
Tier 4: Adult team sporting activity is not permitted for those within tier 4 areas. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/tier-4-stay-at-home#sports-and-physical-activity
Therefore our leagues and Back to Netball sessions are currently on hold until further notice; play will resume when London is moved into a lower tier (or if a new exemption is given for sport in tier 4 areas).
Adult organised sport (at outdoor locations) is currently permitted for those in Tiers 1, 2 and 3. England Netball’s rule modifications and hygiene/safety protocols will be in place at our leagues once they can resume again. We will aim to give as much notice as possible once our leagues can resume again in the New Year, but please be prepared to restart as soon as London is moved out of tier 4.
The latest update from our governing body England Netball can be found here: https://www.englandnetball.co.uk/about/covid-19-support/latest-community-netball-across-government-tiers/
Please see below for further details on your league/new season, but if you have any queries please email email@example.com. Please expect some delays with responses and send queries via email as phone lines are not currently operational. We recommend monitoring this page for our latest updates.
Leagues – information for those currently playing
Outdoor leagues are postponed whilst London remains in tier 4. Any outstanding matches will still be played once play can resume.
You will not be charged for any postponed games, match fees paid will just carry over and be used for the rescheduled fixtures (please note that as per our terms and conditions we are unable to offer any refunds);
Indoor leagues are still currently postponed until further notice due to government restrictions – any outstanding fixtures will be rescheduled once we have the go ahead to safely resume indoor leagues.
Registration for new seasons is still open but dates are subject to change.
New seasons – information for new teams and individuals
Registration is open for new teams and players. Leagues will still be going ahead but start dates are subject to change – we will contact you individually once new start dates have been confirmed. Please note that new teams will be required to provide their own set of bibs due to Covid guidelines relating to kit sharing.
